01The agreement
These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Veilblack, Inc. By creating an account, buying a card, or using any part of the service, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use Veilblack.
02Eligibility & verification
You must be at least 18 years old and complete identity verification (KYC) before your first card activates. We may decline or close accounts that fail verification, use false information, or appear on sanctions lists.
03The service
Veilblack issues virtual payment cards backed by a prepaid balance. Card prices are one-time fees. A minimum top-up applies on first load, as shown at checkout. Cards can be locked to merchants, capped, frozen, and burned at any time from your vault.
- Card issuing is provided through regulated partner institutions
- Your balance is not a bank deposit and earns no interest
- Monthly card-creation limits depend on your plan
04Payments
We currently accept payment in USDT (TRC20), USDC (ERC20), ETH, and BTC only. You are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network. Network fees are paid by you. Payments are confirmed on-chain and may be manually reviewed.
05Prohibited use
- Illegal purchases or transactions in sanctioned jurisdictions
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or evading sanctions
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, or misrepresenting your identity
- Reselling cards or sharing accounts
- Any use that violates card network rules
We may freeze cards, hold balances, and terminate accounts that breach these rules, and report activity where the law requires it.
06Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Veilblack's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for merchant disputes, network outages, or losses caused by sending crypto to the wrong address or network.
07Changes & termination
We can update these terms with 14 days' notice by email. Continued use after notice means acceptance. You may close your account at any time from the vault — see the Return & Cancellation Policy.
