Veilblack cards are virtual — nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to physically return. “Returning” Veilblack means cancelling cards or closing your account.

02Cancelling cards

Burn any card at any time from your vault — instantly and permanently. Burned cards decline every future charge, including subscription renewals. There is no fee to burn a card.

03Closing your account

From Vault → Profile you can close your account. We'll burn remaining cards, return your unused balance (see the Refund Policy), and delete data on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

0414-day cooling off

If you bought a card less than 14 days ago and never used it, closing your account also refunds the card price in full.
