01Card price
The one-time card price is refundable within 14 days of purchase if the card has not been activated or used for a single transaction. Once a card transacts, the card price is non-refundable.
02Top-ups & balances
Your unused balance is yours. You can request a withdrawal at any time; we return funds in the cryptocurrency you paid with, to an address you control, minus network fees.
03Crypto conversion
Refunds are calculated in USD value at the time of refund, not the coin amount you originally sent. Crypto price movements between payment and refund are not compensated in either direction.
04How to request
Email support@veilblack.com from your account email with your order reference (VB-XXXXX). We confirm within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
05Exceptions
- Accounts closed for fraud or terms violations forfeit the card price
- Balances tied to disputed or unconfirmed deposits are held until resolved
- Bonuses from first-load promotions are removed from refunded amounts
