Virtual cards — zero trace
The card that isn't there.
Veilblack issues a fresh card number for every checkout, trial, and subscription. If a merchant leaks it, it's already worthless. Create. Lock. Burn.
// number re-veils every 6 seconds
The system
01 — Capability
Instant issue
A new card number, live in under a minute. Generate as many as your plan allows — one per merchant, per trial, per experiment.
Merchant lock
Every card welds itself to the first merchant that charges it. Stolen numbers die on contact with anyone else. Nothing to configure.
Hard limits
Cap any card per charge, per month, or for life. Free trials can't quietly become paid. Merchants take exactly what you allow — never more.
One-tap burn
Destroy a card forever, instantly. Every future charge declines — including the subscription renewal you forgot about. Refunds still find your balance.
The protocol
02 — Four moves
Register
Email in, identity verified. Two minutes, once, and you're inside.
Fund
Top up from your bank or debit card. Your balance backs every card you cut.
Cut a card
Name it, cap it, copy it. The number is live before the checkout page reloads.
Control
Freeze, edit, or burn from one screen. Every charge pings you in real time.
Where the veil goes on
03 — Field notes
Subscriptions
Give every streaming service, SaaS tool, and membership its own number with a hard monthly cap. Done with it? Burn the card — the renewal dies with it.
Trials that end
Start any free trial on a burner with a $1 lifetime limit. If you forget to cancel, the charge simply declines. No refund emails, no chargebacks.
Team spend
One card per vendor, per campaign, per contractor — each with its own ceiling. The ledger reconciles itself and no one shares a card number again.

06 — About us
Built by people who hate leaks.
Veilblack started in 2026, after our founding team watched a single merchant breach force 40,000 people to cancel and reissue their cards. The merchant apologized. The banks shrugged. The users paid for it in hold music.
We build the opposite of that: a system where the number that leaks was never worth anything. No growth hacks, no data resale, no ads. We charge a flat monthly fee, and that's the whole business model.
The team is small on purpose — payments engineers, fraud analysts, and designers who believe financial software should be as quiet as it is exact.
07 — The vault
A breach at a merchant is not a breach of you.
Your real card and bank credentials live in the vault and never touch a checkout page. Everything a merchant ever sees is disposable.
Nothing real leaves
Merchants receive only Veilblack numbers. Your underlying funding source is never transmitted, stored with a merchant, or exposed in a breach.
Encrypted end to end
Card data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with keys held in hardware security modules. Two-factor authentication is on by default, not opt-in.
Real-time interception
Every authorization is checked against your locks and limits before it clears. Out-of-policy charges decline in milliseconds and alert you instantly.
Zero-liability cover
Unauthorized transactions are covered in full. Balances are held with regulated partner institutions, separate from Veilblack's own accounts.
Quiet money. Loud fans.
08 — The word
I put every subscription on its own Veilblack card. Three renewals tried to sneak through after I cancelled — all three bounced. That alone paid for the year.
A vendor we used got breached last spring. Our real cards weren't in the dump — just a burned Veilblack number. Nothing to cancel, nothing to rotate, nothing to explain to the board.
Finance stopped chasing receipts. Every vendor has its own card and its own ceiling, so the ledger reconciles itself. Onboarding a contractor takes a minute.

09 — FAQ
What is a virtual card, exactly?
A real, working card number — with its own expiry and CVV — that draws from your Veilblack balance. It pays like a normal card anywhere online, but it isn't your real card, so leaking it exposes nothing.
Where do Veilblack cards work?
Anywhere major card networks are accepted online: subscriptions, one-off purchases, trials, marketplaces, ad platforms. Paid plans can also push cards to mobile wallets for in-store use.
What happens when I burn a card?
The number is destroyed permanently. Every future charge — including subscription renewals — declines automatically. Refunds issued to a burned card still arrive in your balance.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of the cycle. If you drop below your card count, existing cards keep working — you just can't cut new ones until you're under the limit.
Is my money protected?
Balances are held with regulated partner institutions and unauthorized transactions carry zero-liability protection. Two-factor authentication is mandatory on every account.
